Gender Equality Plan (2026-2029)
At École des Ponts Business School (EPBS), we believe that excellence in education, research and innovation is strengthened by diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity. Our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) reflects this commitment by promoting a respectful, inclusive and supportive environment where every member of our community can thrive.
The GEP establishes our institutional framework for advancing gender equality across our teaching, research, governance and organisational practices. It outlines clear objectives, actions and monitoring mechanisms that foster equal opportunities, prevent discrimination, encourage inclusive leadership and support continuous organisational improvement.
Developed in line with European best practices and the eligibility requirements of Horizon Europe and other European funding programmes, the Plan demonstrates EPBS' commitment to responsible governance, transparency and social responsibility.
The Gender Equality Plan applies across the School's activities and provides a strategic roadmap for embedding equality, diversity and inclusion into our institutional culture over the 2026–2029 period.
