About This Course
This course examines how innovation and strategic management support the transition to circular economy models in the context of digital and green transformation. It introduces students to circular strategy, systems thinking, innovation leadership, and the role of digital technologies in reshaping business models and value chains. Through lectures, case studies, and applied workshops, students develop the skills to design and lead circular strategies that balance organisational performance with environmental and societal responsibility, while managing uncertainty and change in complex, interdisciplinary settings.
